Zenwa Concepts, is a company founded in 2013 with the aim of transforming the Founder’s corporate organization development, change and training career experience and personal creative talents into personal change solutions individuals can apply in all spheres of their lives during times of renewal and rebirth.
We are revolutionizing personal transformation by celebrating the uniqueness of each person’s mind, body and soul, thus inspiring a holistic individualized approach to managing change at home, at work and at play.
We are based in a small town called Mount Fletcher in the Eastern Cape, and also in Johannesburg, South Africa. We’ve been in operation since June 2013. We offer Online learning, mentoring, coaching and support solutions, one-of-a-kind clothing, decor and art, Refurbed furnishings and tailored event-based mind, body and soul experiences to clients.
Zenwa Concepts has a vision of delivering sustainable transformation solutions for individuals and businesses in Africa thus building the African legacy. We always aim to embrace and nurture the UNIQUE mind, body and soul of those who cross our path.
Our mission is to Inspire Authenticity, protect and preserve the African Legacy for future generations through art as a medium and channel of personal healing, expression and growth.
Since inception, the business has evolved and thrived in an environment where change is now considered the “norm”.
Zenwa Concepts partners with other service providers to develop frameworks, expertise and resources to deliver sustainable change and transformation. Our team in Johannesburg and Mount Fletcher comprises agile, innovative thinkers who know how to listen, think, then act. The organization aims to leave behind a legacy of change and transformation best practice within the organizations and individuals they have the privilege of working with.
Zenwa Concepts is committed to the development of previously disadvantaged individuals, we are mainly focusing at developing young and old aspiring creative people who have a passion for art. This is based on our foundational principle that art is the best form of self-expression. We believe that self-expression and self-awareness help individuals and organisations able to bring their transformational aspirations to life, thus investment into art enables self-awareness and self-leadership skills, critical during change.
Zenwa aspires to growing and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit with the teams it works with. Therefore partners with entrepreneurial individuals in delivering its mission with a total complement of three full-time Zenwa employees and independent team members.
The structure of this organization is comprised of the Founder, Miss. Ncumisa Nomna Mbusi who is also the creative director, two in-house administrators, independent facilitators, business analysts, IT system administrators, project managers, security personnel, an independent accountant and auditor.

at Meso Human Capital – The assignment involved assisting the client with development of a change management framework to assist them in implementing an organization development initiative.

at Airports South Africa – The organization had an opportunity to work with Airports Company South Africa on change management in a Business Process Management project. This was an on-site project to train and skill the ACSA staff members in order for them to implement required long-term changes needed independently, at low cost to the company.
This project was achieved on time and within the budget that was provided.
January 2019
Collabo Lab, our Non-for-profit Innovation Hub, Design Studio and Lifestyle Cafe, was launched to provide a collaboration platform that will assist artists and aspiring artists to launch and grow their art careers while also providing a location, knowledge, mentoring and coaching for hustlers to meet, exchange ideas and grow their hustles into legacy businesses.
